Cutting Dies
Many customers find it helpful to consider a cookie cutter when thinking about die-cutting. The cookie cutter is a type of die which is capable of cutting out a potentially infinite amount of blanks. Many corrugated products involve cutting dies, and CCP is the only box company in Houstonthat boasts this capability for both flat-bed and rotary cutting dies in-house, giving you more control over your finished goods and reducing your cost.
Print Plates
With the appearance of a large rubber stamp, print plates are photopolymer templates that are mounted onto presses to imprint images onto your boxes. CCP is the only box company in Houston that manufactrures print plates in-house, giving you more control over your finished goods and reducing your cost.

CCP is the only Houston-based sheet plant that boasts these capabilities in-house and guarantees them for life! When customers buy their boxes and tooling from CCP, we will repair/replace tooling as it wears out.
